Our company histories are as follows:
- 1996: established the CNC factory
- 1999: moved main office to new factory
- 2000: certified to ISO 9001
- 2015: certified with AS 9100C
- 2015: moved into aerospace market
- 2016: start support the retailer customer to outsourcing and packing service for over 700 items
Our factory core strengths are:
- Quality management system: high quality QA with 100% final product QC
- Auto making system: auto assembly machines, CNC machines, molding machines, high speed auto press machine and more
- Market and sourcing analysis: market survey, product recommendation and competitor analysis
- Supplier research: finding the new supplier which fit the customer product specification requirement.
- Supplierassessment: for any new supplier, we assess the management system, factory capacity, and quality control system.
- Supplier annual assessment: for every supplier, we do the annual assessment which focuses on product quality, on-time delivery and cooperative attitude.
